Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, please let us know. We have a 30-day Hassle-Free Return Policy for items in original condition, excluding personalized or customized items, and we work to make the returns process easy.

Return Procedures

• Cut out and use the label on your packing slip to return your package within 30 days.
• Choose a return reason and include this slip with the item in your package, using the shipper of your choice.
• Credits for products will be issued within 10 days of receipt of your return.
• If you have a defective product, contact Customer Service at customerservice@aoswag.com or call 972-471-5410.
• If you are returning a gift, include the order number or packing slip, along with your name, email, and phone number. For help, contact customerservice@aoswag.com or call 972-471-5400.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns of non-defective products for corporate and employee orders.
• Retail or Public orders are exempt from restocking fees.
• Please contact Customer Service before returning orders larger than $250.00.

Return Policy

• We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for a different item and return the original product.
• Defective products can be returned regardless of use or washing. Contact Customer Service for instructions.
• Stock items may be returned within 30 days if they have not been used or washed.
• Personalized or customized items may only be returned if defective. Shipping charges will only be credited for defective products.
• All returned items will be inspected, and credit issued within 10 days of receipt.
• If an item is deemed non-returnable, we will contact you directly.
• Printed literature is non-returnable unless damaged.
• Gift returns must include order number or packing slip, and your contact information.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to corporate and employee orders. Retail or Public orders are not subject to this fee.
